Jill L. McHugh, LISW-CP, is a renowned international trainer specializing in trauma-informed care and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Through her program, beTI (be Trauma Informed), she offers comprehensive education and training to sports teams, swim schools, gymnastics and dance schools, and nonprofit organizations. In addition to beTI, Jill is the owner and clinical director of jlMcHugh, a private counseling firm.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years as a social worker and nonprofit leader, Jill brings her expertise in grant writing, leadership, fundraising, and program development to the mission of Coach Unite Us.
