Michael Mellides, CEO/Founder

Over the past four years the President of the organization has worked with several high school football athletes in South Florida as a mentor and teacher. The organization’s goal is to help build the bridge between the minority community and law enforcement. The President of the organization works with St. Thomas Aquinas High School, located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The President attends practices and games, travels with the team around the state for playoff games and gives leadership speeches to help educate the kids on life, law enforcement, and how to conduct yourself off the field.

The organization’s goal is to expand its platform and work with other high school, college, and NFL football teams. The organization will plan, organize, and host events in South Florida and eventually around the country that will bring other law enforcement agencies, football players, and community leaders together. The organization uses social media to foster relationships with coaches, players, and leaders all over the country.

The organization will be present at football camps and 7 on 7 tournaments and meet with coaches all over South Florida. The organization will tap into other resources and programs that will assist the areas, teams, and cities who lack the support to make a positive change for their communities.
